Where are the classes?

Classes are held at Stamford Children’s Centre.

What shall I bring?

Pregnancy Yoga –  65cm birthing ball (gym ball),  cushion and blanket.

Baby Massage & Nurture – cushion

Baby Yoga – cushion and blanket.

Family Yoga – large blanket
