Focusing on the major transitions in a woman’s life from menstruation through to menopause, the classes support you using  BREATHING techniques, YOGA, MASSAGE, MOVEMENT and SOUND.

This can help with pelvic floor, incontinence, minor prolapse, fertility and may ease menstrual or menopausal symptoms.

Every class ends with a deep RELAXATION allowing you to release tension and help quiet the mind.

I found Well Woman Yoga a perfect way to relax, de stress and steal back some time for myself. At the same time, these classes are very invigorating and very cleansing.
On line classes are a new way of working but I found it very successful. Julie gives such clear instruction that you can very easily follow along and actually I think it’s good to teach yourself that relaxation in your own home is possible. Thank you Julie, perfect!
